Our work culture
At Omtre, we want to put our employees first and respect the different needs and roles that employees may have. Some of our employees have a portfolio life; working only part-time so that they can combine their valuable tasks at Omtre with caring tasks and/or other work (e.g. farming, caring for the land). We offer hybrid working conditions; some work at our office in Hønefoss, others remotely. Every 3 months we have a physical meeting. In addition, we allow flexible working hours. Are we perfect? No, but we try to improve as we grow from a start-up to an SME.
