Sebastian Karlsen Larsson

Junior Designer

Sebastian contributes with design research and product development. His approach to his work involves a visual communication style and the use of methods inspired by sustainable design and system-orientated design. The workflow often consists of research, concept development and product visualisation. Admiration for nature resulted in his passion project; developing and selling bee houses for solitary bees in Norway. This journey has been exciting, and has given him insight into operational aspects, economics, market analysis and the use of wood as a material. Sebastian is educated as a product designer at OsloMet, and his experience spans industrial design and system-orientated design. He is comfortable tackling complex challenges, often requiring interdisciplinary collaboration. He is passionate about creating user-centred, resource-efficient solutions that are in harmony with nature's biological processes.
