REblåkk

REblåkk is a patented building system that is suitable for new buildings, remodeling and rehabilitation. The area of application is varied, but is well suited to constructing office partitions, wind walls, load-bearing walls, free-standing structures such as garages, tool sheds, annexes, etc.

Installation starts with securing the bottom bracket to the substrate. Two alignment rails are placed in the bottom cradle to secure the REblåkk across the longitudinal direction. Then a double-edged dovetail dowel joins REblåkk in the longitudinal direction. These steps are repeated until the construction is completed with a top rail.

It is made from offcuts from solid wood production, which are currently transported away, manually cut into smaller pieces before being ground into heating chips and briquettes. Here the solid wood has arrived at our warehouse at Hensmoen.

Instead, the REblåkk binds the carbon in the wood over a long period of time. In addition, it can be dismantled, moved and adapted on site if there are changes to the project or when reused in another building.

Equipment

The REblåkk is a modular building block in solid wood. Just like Lego, you can put these blocks together and let your imagination run wild. You don't need any special skills to build with the REblåkk building system. Just simple tools such as a rubber mallet, handsaw, drill and screws.

Partition wall

REblåkk can be used as an indoor partition wall. Quick installation, clean natural surfaces and noise-reducing properties.

Product specifications

REblåkk follows conventional dimensions in the construction industry and comes in lengths of 30, 60 and 90 cm. It is normally supplied in thicknesses of 100 and 120 mm, but please contact us for available dimensions.

REblåkk is made from offcuts from solid wood production and is made of pine.

Customized annex in reclaimed wood

In this project, REblåkk was used to construct a customized annex. The blocks were delivered directly to the customer, who quickly assembled the building system thanks to efficient joining solutions.
